Worker Applications

If you would like to be considered for a job as a worker at Queens' May Ball 2011, please fill out the following form. We will then contact you to arrange an interview. Before you start, make sure you have with you:

  • Your National Insurance Number
  • A photo ready to upload (for your ID badge) clearly showing your face.
Set-up workers will be paid £5.80 an hour, those who work during the ball will receive £75 and those who clear up will receive £35. Working hours during the ball are 7pm-7am, with 2 hours of breaks, which are taken in a designated area away from the ball.

The closing date for applications is the 20th of February. Applications are considered on a rolling basis, so potential applicants are urged to apply as soon as possible to ensure they can be considered for their desired role.

If your application is unsuccessful, your information will be deleted from our system. If you are successful, we will keep your information until after the Ball, when it will be deleted. Your information will only be visible to those members of the committee to whom it is relevant, and will not be passed on to others for any reason.
